2 Large Frozen Gluten-free Pizza Bases
NEW to our online store (currently supplied to restaurants). Well-developed flavour in a slow-fermented large gluten-free, thin-crust pizza base that's ready for you to use in a pizza oven for restaurants or ordinary home oven (or take along to a restaurant, if they don't offer gluten-free pizzas).
Our pizza bases behave like ordinary pizza bases (crisp on the edges and flexible in the centre). 28-30 cm diameter.
From frozen:
Make pizza: simply top with your own toppings (e.g. tomato paste or base of choice, herbs, cheese (dairy or dairy-free) and any other toppings), and place the pizza or pizza pan on a very hot surface in the oven.
Make focaccia: rosemary, olive oil and sea salt. Garlic and chilli can be added.
Make dessert pizzas: blueberries, youngberrry jam and ricotta | chocolate, caramel and cinnamon | dark chocolate, banana and cardamom | fig jam and brie). Get inspired by loads of interesting dessert pizza ideas on the internet - a modern food trend that dates bake to ancient Greece!
More savoury pizza base ideas:
Make calzone: fill toppings in half the pizza, fold over the other half and pinch the edges together (shaped like a Cornish Pasty pie). Bake on both sides.
Make stromboli: fill toppings on the pizza and roll like a Swiss roll (seal final edge with a little water). Bake, and then slice when done.
Make deep dish pizza: use the defrosted pizza base in an oiled pie dish. Pre-bake and fill with fillings to be baked.
SHIPPING:
These frozen gluten-free bases are vacuum-sealed. Once shipped, they arrive defrosted. Place them flattened in the freezer, on the day they are delivered, ready for use when you need them.
PACKAGING:
Large pizza bases (28-30 cm) are available in packs of 1, 2, 6 and 10. Orders of 50, 100, 150 and 200 are also available for restaurants. Packs of 6 and more bases arrive in a pizza box for easy freezer storage.
Mini-pizza bases (12 cm) are available in packs of 10 and 20. Perfect for lunch boxes and individual desserts.
FREE FROM:
- Gluten-free (formulation tested and suitable for coeliacs). Contains no dairy, lactose, egg, soya or corn.
- Vegan.
- Contains no xanthan or guar gum. Cellulose gum is used as it is "Generally Recognised as Safe" by the FDA.
- High fibre. The fibre is a clean label vegetable fibre that does not require an E-number.
- Contains no preservatives, colourants or flavourings.

Water, tapioca starch, rice flour, vegetable fibre, potato starch, sugar, sunflower oil, yeast, vegetable gum (HPMC), salt.
ALLERGENS:
1. Yeast. (While not an official allergen, some people are sensitive to yeast.)
