**DOES NOT CONTAIN YEAST SACHETS (unlike the other bread, bread roll and pizza packs, which do contain instant yeast sachets).
For users who do not normally purchase yeast: Although we are not affiliated with them, we recommend Anchor Instant yeast, which contains ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It is readily available in many stores in 7 g and 10 g sachets. Anchor also indicate their product is gluten-free.

Coleman Royal Bakeries' Bread Pizza Roti Wraps Naan bread flour mix is suitable for you to make allergy-friendly gluten-free (vegan) soft high fibre bread, pizzas, roti, wraps, naan bread and items where bread flour would be required.  Recipe instructions are included. 
**Please note yeast is not included in this bulk pack (but is often included in several of our smaller pack sizes). Pizza restaurants and bakeries already have their own yeast.

- Gluten-free (formulation tested and suitable for coeliacs), and free from dairy, soya, corn and egg. Vegan.
- Contains no xanthan, guar gum or psyllium husk. Cellulose gum is used as it is "Generally Recognised as Safe" by the FDA.
- Contains no preservatives, colourants or flavourings.

Tapioca starch, rice flour, vegetable fibre, potato starch, sugar, vegetable gum (HPMC), salt.
