Delicious home-made yeast bread (gluten-free): soft, white and high fibre.

Coleman Royal Bakeries' Ten Loaves of 700 g White Bread flour mix is suitable for you to make ten loaves of 700 g white bread: allergy-friendly, gluten-free, vegan, soft and high fibre bread. Recipe instructions are included. Made in approximately 40 min. No kneading. Add water and oil. 

A 700 g loaf is similar in size to an ordinary loaf of (wheat) bread, and therefore larger than most gluten-free bread loaves available in the South African market.  
A separate mix is available for making rolls.

**SACHETS OF INSTANT YEAST ARE INCLUDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE.


Gluten-free (formulation tested and suitable for coeliacs), and free from dairy, soya, corn and egg. Vegan.
- Contains no xanthan, guar gum or psyllium husk.
Cellulose gum is used as it is "Generally Recognised as Safe" by the FDA.
- The fibre is a clean label dietary bamboo fibre that does not require an E-number.
- Contains no preservatives, colourants or flavourings.


INGREDIENTS:

Tapioca starch, rice flour, vegetable fibre, potato starch, sugar, vegetable gum (HPMC), salt.


ALLERGENS:
None. (Contains yeast sachets, which could be omitted if strictly necessary, and baking powder used.)
May contains traces of nuts.

Contents: 3810 g dry mix including yeast.
