We are a small company, specialising in gluten-free products.  Currently, everything is hand-mixed and hand-packaged.  The owner has been a practicing chemical engineer for more than 25 years.

Our aim is to provide high quality gluten-free products that taste good and perform well, and which include luxury ingredients. Our test is that even those who don't need to be gluten-free should love the products.  We also love to teach you how to stand on your own two feet when it comes to allergy-friendly baking. For this, we have provided you with Tips so that you can fly making your own beautiful delicious creations.

We love home-cooking with a flair, and don't fancy feeding our children (or ourselves) loads of strange chemicals that make products last longer or look better.  Our premixes are created with this philosophy in mind.
