Double size pack: makes two layers of vanilla sponge cake (instead of one layer in most other brands).

Just add eggs, milk and butter/oil. Allergy friendly substitutes are listed in the instructions. Decorate as a vanilla cake. Or add lemon zest, spices or coffee to the batter for something different.

Bourbon Vanilla Cake is made with real Bourbon vanilla powder instead of artificial vanilla flavouring. This delicious vanilla cake delights even gluten-eaters.

- Gluten-free (formulation tested and suitable for coeliacs).  The premix is free from dairy, soya and egg.
- Vegan if egg-replacer is used.
- Contains no xanthan or guar gum. Cellulose gum is used as it is "Generally Recognised as Safe" by the FDA.
- Contains no preservatives, colourants or flavourings.
