Double size pack: makes 12-15 gluten-free vanilla cupcakes (instead of 6-8 cupcakes in most other brands).
Just add eggs, milk and butter/oil. Allergy-friendly substitutes are listed in the instructions.
Optional: Lemon zest, blueberries or coffee can be added to the batter for different varieties of cupcakes.
Serve your cupcakes as they are, or top them with icing/cream cheese for fun. Freeze them for lunch-box treats. Or use the same batter to make fun cake pops.
Bourbon vanilla cupcakes: luxury cupcakes made with real Bourbon vanilla powder instead of artificial vanilla flavouring. Even gluten-eaters LOVE these versatile fluffy cupcakes.
